Dependent upon the size and composition of the company/team, the development of “Unit Trusts” will be initiated after the Modules and One-on-Ones have been completed. These groups will be the unique forum for relationship building and achieving set objectives in the future. During the Gifting Associate's initial time with each Unit Trust, a short presentation on how to effectively build trust and lead successfully is also worked through.

Through optional re-visits (at your discretion), the Associates are able to monitor the progress of the Unit Trusts, helping each to develop objectives, and strategies to meet these objectives. Ongoing personal and team coaching is also available, should you think it necessary.
