This entails a 30-minute one-on-one session conducted by the Gifting Associate involved. Within this time, each participant on the Programme is given a detailed interpretation of their gifts (which they discovered in Module One), and is given personal encouragement for the future. This element of the Programme has a profound part to play in its overall success - as it not only brings the team/company closer (as each individual recognises their unique part to play) but it also provides the Gifting Associate/s with an authentic insight into the true dynamics of the team/company.
