We owe it to ourselves and all those we come in contact with, to be the best unique leaders we can be. At the Gifting Institute, we believe that leadership development is about releasing the unique potential that is within individuals, for their future growth and effectiveness.

Our Leadership Development/Coaching Programme takes individuals or groups through Modules One and Two, and then into a simple process of “What” and then “How” – with each of these sections containing five stages.

By the end of these sessions, each person will have:

• A better understanding of their leadership style.
  
• Learnt more about leading with authority, through relationships, with purpose.
  
• Discovered how to pass the baton and ultimately, how to harness and lead with real respect.
  
• Discovered what is important and urgent for their unique circumstances. 
  
• Been persuaded to become fully transparent and develop high levels of trust and integrity, in order to delegate with high effectiveness and to move from success to significance.
  
• Been coached on how to communicate more effectively to all people.

Length: Each individual coaching session thereafter lasts approximately 90 minutes. The final process comprises between 10 to 12 sessions. Our experience has shown us that sessions are best conducted between 3 and 4 weeks apart.
